近日,輕工科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院“生物質(zhì)化學(xué)與材料院士創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)”在基于天然木材和木質(zhì)纖維素的新型炭質(zhì)功能材料的研究中取得新進(jìn)展。先后在材料和化工領(lǐng)域國際頂級(jí)期刊《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》(IF=10.733)和《Chemical Engineering Journal》(IF=8.355)上發(fā)表題為“負(fù)載花狀NiS/Ni接合玻璃化物的智能多孔木材作為多功能材料應(yīng)用于超級(jí)電容器、催化劑和傳感器(Smart Porous Wood Supported Flower-like NiS/Ni Conjuction with Vitrimer Co-effect as Multifunctional Material with Reshaping, Shape-memory and Self-healing for High-Performance Supercapacitors, Catalysts and Sensors)”和“智能紙@聚苯胺納米纖維玻璃化雙功能器件在高性能超級(jí)電容器和傳感器中的應(yīng)用(A Smart Paper@Polyaniline Nanofibers Incorporated Vitrimer Bifunctional Device with Reshaping, Shape-Memory and Self-Healing Properties Applied in High-Performance Supercapacitors and Sensors)” 的高質(zhì)量研究型文章。我校為論文第一作者單位和唯一通訊單位,輕工學(xué)院青年教師熊傳銀副教授為論文第一作者和通訊作者,課題組2018級(jí)碩士研究生李冰冰和李萌瑞分別為兩篇論文的第二作者。
本次發(fā)表的兩篇論文分別報(bào)道了木材和紙基材料同類玻璃高分子(vitrimers)首次結(jié)合,利用Vitrimers兼具傳統(tǒng)熱塑性和熱固性聚合物的雙重特性,賦予了木材和紙基復(fù)合材料高強(qiáng)度、可塑形、自修復(fù)和形狀記憶等特性,同時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明Vitrimers的引入能夠有效改善木材和紙基儲(chǔ)能材料的循環(huán)壽命。該工作對(duì)于生物質(zhì)基多功能材料的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用有著重要的啟示作用和參考價(jià)值,展示了我校在材料和化工研究領(lǐng)域的新成果。
