近日,我校設(shè)計(jì)與藝術(shù)學(xué)院(絲路文化與傳播學(xué)院)王偉偉教授團(tuán)隊(duì)在人機(jī)交互設(shè)計(jì)、情感體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)術(shù)方向取得重要進(jìn)展。在國(guó)際期刊Psychology Research and Behavior Management(SSCI-二區(qū),影響因子3.974)及Sustainability(SSCI-二區(qū),影響因子3.889)上各發(fā)表高水平論文1篇。
論文工作均屬于認(rèn)知心理學(xué)與情感體驗(yàn)方向,系統(tǒng)研究了遠(yuǎn)程辦公體驗(yàn)對(duì)用戶認(rèn)知負(fù)荷的影響,并借助BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及NASA-TLX等方法建立用戶情感體驗(yàn)評(píng)估的新方法,可應(yīng)用于人機(jī)交互及認(rèn)知心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域。
COVID-19疫情使得辦公模式和員工情感體驗(yàn)受到極大影響,工作績(jī)效的穩(wěn)定性成為遠(yuǎn)程辦公的重要問(wèn)題。以上論文研究以疫情下的遠(yuǎn)程辦公情感體驗(yàn)為背景,以利益相關(guān)者為切入點(diǎn),深入分析單個(gè)利益相關(guān)者與整體利益相關(guān)者的交互關(guān)系如何互相影響,可視化遠(yuǎn)程辦公工作流程。結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法及NASA-TXL量表對(duì)核心利益相關(guān)者的用戶體驗(yàn)要素進(jìn)行相關(guān)性排序,篩選關(guān)鍵變量指標(biāo)。結(jié)合BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建員工遠(yuǎn)程工作用戶體驗(yàn)與工作績(jī)效的關(guān)系模型,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)地圖的形式將體驗(yàn)痛點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn),以期能拓展和補(bǔ)充效率管理領(lǐng)域的研究,為企業(yè)解決遠(yuǎn)程工作績(jī)效管理問(wèn)題提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。
兩篇論文均以陜西科技大學(xué)為第一完成單位,主要工作由王偉偉教授、余隋懷教授、王毅副教授、楊曉燕副教授、陳健老師和博士生魏婷共同完成。
據(jù)悉,近5年,該團(tuán)隊(duì)已在設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域及交叉領(lǐng)域國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表多篇高水平論文。
