大家好！
2020年初新型冠狀肺炎的爆發(fā)讓我們始料未及。包括留守國(guó)內(nèi)的外籍學(xué)生在內(nèi)的我們每一個(gè)人，團(tuán)結(jié)一心、眾志成城、同心抗疫，作出了艱苦卓絕的努力。在大家的不懈努力之下，中國(guó)內(nèi)地的疫情防控工作取得了積極的成效。
但形勢(shì)不容樂觀，目前國(guó)際疫情發(fā)展較快，防控重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤巴夥垒斎搿?。在這抗擊疫情最關(guān)鍵的時(shí)刻，我們始終記得來(lái)自世界各地的國(guó)際學(xué)生們，緊握著拳頭，用中文說(shuō)出的那一句句“中國(guó)加油！武漢加油！”這一刻，我們體會(huì)到了習(xí)近平總書記“人類命運(yùn)共同體”的深刻含義。
學(xué)校在前期抗疫工作取得一定成績(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，各項(xiàng)工作都在有序開展。國(guó)際教育學(xué)院積極響應(yīng)教育部“停課不停學(xué)、停課不停研”的號(hào)召，積極開展疫情期間學(xué)習(xí)和科研活動(dòng)，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行“無(wú)接觸圖書角”學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)；堅(jiān)持和完善疫情期間網(wǎng)課教學(xué)、晨檢制度、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生防控等制度，確保師生安全和線上教學(xué)活動(dòng)的秩序和效果。
這幾天，春暖花開，美麗的陜西科技大學(xué)校園已經(jīng)遍地生機(jī)，靜靜地做著各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備，等待開學(xué)。階段性的成功來(lái)之不易，需要我們共同繼續(xù)努力守護(hù)成果。至此，我們?cè)俅翁嵝迅魑辉谥袊?guó)境內(nèi)的國(guó)際學(xué)生們，要做好必要的防護(hù)，盡量減少出門、聚集。保持良好的生活方式，勤洗手、合理膳食、鍛煉身體。尚在境外的國(guó)際學(xué)生們，請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格遵照世衛(wèi)組織和當(dāng)?shù)卣慕ㄗh，加強(qiáng)防護(hù)、減少流通；遵照陜西科技大學(xué)國(guó)際教育學(xué)院的教學(xué)安排，在海外進(jìn)行線上學(xué)習(xí)。請(qǐng)大家安心等待學(xué)校的返校通知。

Dear International Students from SUST,
Wish you all well.
The outbreak of COVID-19 in the early 2020 was unexpected to all of the people. Each of us, including international students who stay in China during the epidemic, has worked hard and united as one to fight against the virus. Thanks to the arduous efforts of everyone, the epidemic prevention and control work in Mainland China has achieved positive results.
However, we should still take this situation seriously. At present, the epidemic is spreading rapidly across the world, and the focus of COVID-19 prevention and control has changed to "Prevent External Input Cases". At this crucial moment to fight against the virus, we always remember the international students from all over the world, clenching their fists, and saying in Chinese, "Stay strong China! Stay strong Wuhan!" in multiple medias. At this moment, we deeply understand the meaning of "Community with Shared Future for Mankind”mentioned by President XI Jinping.
Based on the previous efforts, the university has now made a fruitful achievement in epidemic prevention. And all works are going back to the normal track. Accordingly, College of International Education from SUST actively responds to the requirements of “no suspension of classes and study” of the Ministry of Education, conducts studying and scientific research activities during the epidemic, continually holds the “non-contact reading corner” activities; and persists and improves the online teaching system, morning sign-in system, and environmental health prevention and control systems, etc. These efforts are made to ensure the safety of teachers and students, at the same time to guarantee the order and effectiveness of online teaching activities.
Students, spring is approaching these days. The beautiful campus of SUST is full of vitality, and we are preparing for reopening the campus. Phased victory is hard to come by and requires us to continue to work hard to maintain the positive results. At this point, we once again remind all international students in China to take necessary precautions and minimize travel and gathering activities. Meanwhile, please maintain a healthy lifestyle, wash your hands frequently, eat rational diet, and keep exercise. Students who are still overseas, please strictly follow the recommendations of WHO and local governments to strengthen protection and reduce circulation; follow the teaching arrangements of the College of International Education of SUST to pursue online study. Please stay assured to wait for the school back notice.
Spring is almost here and the haze of the epidemic will finally dissipate. Shaanxi University of Science and Technology will always care about the health and safety of all international students overseas. And the College of International Education will also be there, along with you to overcome the difficulties together.
